Playing
How do I play?
Lay cards next to the baseline card so they add up to exactly 15. Minus cards take away.
A wild card counts as 10, then its power happens: add 30 seconds to your clock, take 30 seconds off a rival, swap clocks, or make someone pick up cards.
Each player has a clock that only runs on their turn. At zero you're out. Most 15s wins.
Can't make 15? Say No 15: your cards come back and you draw 2.
There are 90 cards, and 2 to 8 players (7 and 8 with Deadline 15™ Ultra). The app deals and plays the cards for you, so no physical cards are needed.
What is the Daily Deadline?
Five "make 15" puzzles a day, the same for everyone, with 10 seconds each. Share your result and keep a run of days going.
What is Countdown Quest?
Five worlds of 10 levels. Each world ends with a boss. Earn stars as you go, and use helpers when you need a hand.
How do I play online with friends?
Start a private table. Your friends join on their own phones by typing the table's PIN or scanning its QR code. You can also share an invite link.

Can I play against bots?
Yes. Pick bots from Easy to Extreme, no internet needed. For a fast start, tap Quick game on Home. You can also pass one phone around with Pass & Play.
Purchases
What do Ad-free and Ultra include?
Both are one-time purchases on the App Store.
Ad-free removes the adverts.
Deadline 15™ Ultra includes:
- No adverts
- Tables of 7 and 8 players
- Quest bosses as opponents in ordinary games
- All 72 unlocks straight away, plus Ultra-only looks
- Stats and game history
- Past Daily Deadlines and 5 goes a day

Nothing you buy helps anyone win online or in the Daily Deadline.
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with, then go to:
Home → Go Ultra → Restore purchases
This also works after reinstalling the app.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Help
There's no sound
Check your phone's volume and that silent mode is off. Then, in the app, open Settings → Sound & feel and make sure the sounds you want are switched on.
My online game lost its connection
Open the app again straight away and it rejoins the table.
After a minute away, a player counts as having left the game. They keep the 15s they've already made.
I'm moving to a new phone
Your progress, coins and results stay on each phone, so they don't move across.
Your purchases do: restore them on the new phone.
Languages and accessibility
Deadline 15™ is in English, Spanish, French and German.
Under Settings → Display & accessibility you can change the language, make text larger, turn on colour-blind friendly mode and choose calmer motion.
